Hello, I'm Ella.
I'm a licensed esthetician, a 2x certified lash artist, and the proud owner of FaceCard. I've spent over six years perfecting my craft, but my journey into the beauty industry started long before I ever picked up a pair of tweezers.
As a little girl, I was always creating. Whether I was doing nails, painting, experimenting with makeup, or making something with my hands, I found joy in helping people feel beautiful and expressing myself through art. Over the years, that creativity evolved into a passion for lashes and brows. The perfect blend of artistry, confidence, and connection.
Growing up with my four siblings gave me some of the best memories of my life. Family has always meant everything to me. In March of 2023, my world changed when my older brother, Lance, passed away unexpectedly at only 25 years old. He was my protector, my biggest supporter, and one of the most genuine people I've ever known. He wasn't just my brother, he was one of my heroes.
Losing Lance broke my heart in ways I never imagined. At the same time, I was working through esthetician school, trying to find my footing while carrying a grief that felt impossible to explain. But somewhere in that pain, I found purpose. I knew I wanted to build a life and a business that would make him proud. Lance always believed in being real, staying true to yourself, and showing up authentically. As I often say, he was "a realist, the realest."
During that season of life, I was also working in an environment that didn't align with my values. I witnessed corners being cut, education being overlooked, and people being treated as numbers instead of individuals. Those experiences challenged me, but they also taught me exactly what I wanted to create.
FaceCard was born from that vision.
More than a beauty studio, FaceCard is a safe space. It's a place where you can walk in exactly as you are and know you'll be welcomed without judgment. A place where you can laugh, cry, vent about life, celebrate your wins, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived. Of course, you'll leave looking beautiful too, but that's only part of the experience.
The women who walk through these doors aren't just clients to me. They're friends, family, and a community that I've been blessed to build. Every appointment is an opportunity to connect, uplift, and remind someone of their worth.
At FaceCard, beauty is about so much more than lashes and brows. It's about confidence. It's about healing. It's about creating a space where women feel seen, heard, and loved.
