📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Please Read and Acknowledge)

By booking an appointment with FaceCard Inc. Beauty Studio, you agree to the following terms:

💸 Refunds

• All services are non-refundable once performed.

• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to offer an adjustment if appropriate, at no extra cost.

• Retail products may be exchanged for studio credit within 7 days if unopened and unused.

🔐 Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your service.

• Deposits are forfeited if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations must be made via phone call or text.

🚫 No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• No-shows will be charged 30% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

• Arriving 15+ minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and will incur the same fee.
